It is important to highlight that how do you spend your Leisure Time.If you keep on thinking about business,family and  friends  not exercising  your body  then you are  overtaxing your body where your brain will not resist forever.

3.Standing with one leg at 90° for 3 minutes and change it to another  leg until you sweat,your heart will pump faster.
