Enjoy responsibly

Too much spending irresponsibly under claiming your money is just menace.We know it's your money you worked for it. Don't turn your family into the house of slavery, where you command everything should be accounted to you including the amount of food should be eaten or staring  your family. You are complaining,some members are "eating too much" and complaining always and food is expensive and they limit their intake of food. Don't complain when you brought something giving a long lecture of how should they eat because it's your money. There are people in the family,work,friends enjoying harassing other people because they have a better financial advantage to them. How do you relax yourself

After working very hard or retired, how do you relax? Some health  methods are healthy and  some are detrimental  to your body like. Long Distance.                                                          If  you run more than 3 hours daily at the age of above 50 that will detrimental. It will be good  for 30 minutes because  I want you to avoid dehydration  because  you shall be taken to hospitals or clinic for a drip.Don't drain  too much water from your body.
