How do you relax yourself

After working very hard or retired, how do you relax? Some health  methods are healthy and  some are detrimental  to your body like.

Long Distance.                                                          If  you run more than 3 hours daily at the age of above 50 that will detrimental. It will be good  for 30 minutes because  I want you to avoid dehydration  because  you shall be taken to hospitals or clinic for a drip.Don't drain  too much water from your body.

Lifting Heavy Objects.                                              Don't  try to please other People at the expense of your body and your health,even if you did that and had medals.The time and your body are no more in your side.

House shores                                                            Don't  do your   house  shores  as the way of exercising. Your heart will "overpump" and become "tired immediately".

Too much sleeping.                                                  The normal hours of relaxing is 8 hrs.Don't oversleep more than 15 hours,your brains will be less working  which results to lesser thinking and that is not good.
