All what has been mentioned makes the mind relax which is important.The physical part  includes 1.Manual Work 2.Walking 3.Happy mood 4.Healthy food 5.Visit the nature 

Relaxing Results

There  are three high schools in my area and four  primary schools. School A a high school  does not participate  in Sports.They learn from 8h:00 to 15h:00.There's  no sports day. School B is a high school does have a sports day.They only play soccer.School C is active  in Sports everyday from 15h:00 to 17h:00 where childten play their own  sporting codes. Lets see the Results: Academically,School A performed very poor.All the children failed at the end of each term. In School B half of the children  passed. School C excelled  academically.This is not just a Theory,it happened  for the past 20 years.The Department  of Education was worried  about the poor performance  of these  schools. Same applies with the primary schools. So,what we plant from the children  would favour or cause misery when they are adults.Thats why Olympiads come from such schools even the leadership come from such schools. A Big Question...

why do you need to sleep at Guest House?

Seeing a new environment  makes  you happy and it can ignite  anxiety.Your eyes  are  seeing a new environment  even the Air you breath  makes you relax. That brings fresh thinking and perhaps new approach. You see your brains stuff you with  new ideas and makes you creative.Being found always in one place  may result to brain  and body tiredness. The "new" faces  may motivate and rejuvenate  your  health.The mere  discussion  may bring some creativity. Lets  look at the opposite what  I have said.The environment  which you have occupied  for long  time may make  you  dumb.There will be no creativity.When the Brain  is stagnant,illness crop in.The Brain was meant to function,think,create life and general  well being.

Why its important to take exercise?

The type of food which we are taking needs some exercises.We are taking  too much: 1.Starch  2.Fats  3.Sugar What are  the  possible  side effects: 1.Tiredness 2.Laziness 3.Overweight What is the  non- medical remedy  1.Water  2.Vegetables  3.Fruits  4.Food cultivated  from the Garden. P How long will your  body  carry the toxins: 1.Depending on the  amount of fats  you have. 2.How long will your fat dissolve? 3.How much do you top up  the fats unintentionally. 4.Sitting the whole  day doing nothing. 5.Sleeping method. 6.Too many blankets. 7.Less or no sweating.

Free Time

By lustre time I mean your free time.It is important  to have such a time.Here are the benefits: 1.Your Mind is relaxed. 2.Digestive  system  will  be working well. 3.The blood  Circulation will  increase. 4.Heart Diseases will be lessened. 5.Sweating is healthy. 1.Mind is Relaxed. You can think and take the relevant decision. 2.Digestive Systems will be working well. It means your food  will be digested fast and more energy will be realized. 3.The blood  Circulation  will increase. Your blood will be able to combat any disease. 4.Heart Disease  will be lessened. There  will be less  or no blood clots  in your system. 5.Sweating  in healthy Sweating removes the toxins in the blood and all other systems.That will decrease aging

Enjoy responsibly

Too much spending irresponsibly under claiming your money is just menace.We know it's your money you worked for it. Don't turn your family into the house of slavery, where you command everything should be accounted to you including the amount of food should be eaten or staring  your family. You are complaining,some members are "eating too much" and complaining always and food is expensive and they limit their intake of food. Don't complain when you brought something giving a long lecture of how should they eat because it's your money. There are people in the family,work,friends enjoying harassing other people because they have a better financial advantage to them. I know some of there people will dismiss this as irrelevant or nonsense.Whatever you think these People have been made by the image of  God who gave you the job and business money so that you can also help others. How do you relax yourself

After working very hard or retired, how do you relax? Some health  methods are healthy and  some are detrimental  to your body like. Long Distance.                                                          If  you run more than 3 hours daily at the age of above 50 that will detrimental. It will be good  for 30 minutes because  I want you to avoid dehydration  because  you shall be taken to hospitals or clinic for a drip.Don't drain  too much water from your body.
